We had our niece’s Sweet 16 party at Metro37 and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Ivan (the owner) was not only helpful, directing us to a number of vendors, but also available to answer any questions that came up during the planning phase. The day of the party, he was flexible and allowed us to stay in the venue the whole day to set up and prep for the event. We used his amazing projector and everything worked out perfectly, just what my very demanding niece had in mind.

We liked Metro 37 so much because its a blank canvas that we could shape exactly the way we wanted for our party. We used every bit of the space, including the entry area for receiving guests, the main hall for a stage + cocktail tables and chairs + tables for drinks and food, and the terrace for additional bathroom support + a smoking area.
The high ceilings make for an ideal event space. The polished concrete floor and white walls provide an art gallery feel which can be adapted and shaped by lighting and table/furniture arrangements.Tim, Laguna BEach
