Baby Shower Rate- $1,500

Baby Shower setup for up to 100 attendees: (Sat/Sun 9:00 am to 5:00 pm):

  • 2 HD projectors for video and pictures
  • 600 SF outdoor terrace with 10′ french doors
  • 100 White Wood Folding Chairs

Seminar Rate- $1,250

Seminar setup for up to 200 attendees (Weekdays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm):

    The Metro37 Seminar Rate includes the following:

  • professional audio pa/speaker system
  • 2 HD projectors for video and pictures
  • 200 White Wood Folding Chairs
  • venue cleaning & event insurance

WEEKLY RATE

Trade Shows, Conventions, Exhibitions or similar for up to 150 people:

  • $900 per day with 24 hour access (4-6 consecutive days)
  • $800 per day with 24 hour access (7-14 days)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

-Reservation, a non-refundable 50% date-hold fee and signed contract is due at the time of booking.  The final 50% is due 30 days prior to your event.

-Security deposit of $1500 is due 10 days prior to your reservation. The security deposit is refunded 3 business days after the event, provided there are no damages.

**Cleaning fee $150– due 10 days prior to your reservation

We require that you take all trash off tables and floor and put it in garbage bags, the bar area must be left clean (as found) and garbage bags placed outside.

The paid cleaning includes washing down tables, taking down tables and chairs, sweeping and mopping floor, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, dumping bags in dumpster, etc… (This paid cleaning usually takes a company about 6 hours to complete).  We require this cleaning on any event that has food and is over 100 people.

-Overtime will be billed at a rate of $250 per hour and is due at the end of your event.

-Cancellation notice must be made within 30 days of the date of reservation.  The date-hold fee is non-refundable.

-Catering requirements: catering must be fully insured and licensed, and must provide both certificate of insurance and liquor license. Caterers must remove their trash and the space must be cleaned by catering staff upon conclusion of event.

-Insurance requirements: a “Proof of Event Liability Insurance” is required at the time of rental in an amount not less than $1,000,000 property damage and $1,000,000 bodily injury. The Insurance Certificate must name Metro37 as additionally insured.
